Service Description
A Pranasana Masterclass is an advanced, immersive training experience designed for students who want to deepen their understanding of Pranasana Yoga and explore its full energetic potential. This extended-format session goes beyond introductory techniques and offers a structured, elevated exploration of breathwork, mudras, meridian activation, movement, mantra, affirmation work, reset practices, meditation and visualization. The intention of the masterclass is to help participants develop a stronger relationship with their own energy, understand how prana moves through the body, and learn how different combinations of breath, focus and intention influence the Light Body. During the session, participants are guided through advanced breathwork sequences that support emotional release, energetic clearing and heightened awareness. Meridian stimulation and mudras are used to open channels, increase flow, and support the release of stagnation held in the subtle and physical body. Movement and breath are integrated to create alignment between the mind, heart and energetic centers, allowing the system to gradually soften, open and reorganize. Each practice is layered intentionally, helping students build sensitivity, presence and internal coherence. The masterclass also includes moments of teaching and explanation, offering insight into why each technique is used and how it affects the body and consciousness. Students learn the internal mechanics of Pranasana practices: how breath patterns influence energy, how meridian activation supports flow, how mantras and affirmations help redirect mental patterns, and how visualization increases awareness. These teachings give participants a deeper understanding of the system and help them integrate Pranasana into their personal practice. Throughout the experience, participants are encouraged to listen to their own bodies, explore their inner landscape and move at a pace that feels aligned. The class provides a grounded and supportive environment for clearing tension, deepening awareness and connecting with the Light Body in a conscious and intentional way.
