ANNOUNCEMENTS

Pranasana Yoga
Pranasana Yoga is a modern integrative yoga system created by Yogi Tenzin. Our focus is on yoga for the energy body, blending traditional postures and breathwork with various healing and movement modalities. We are dedicated to supporting healing, vitality, and a deeper connection to the subtle self. Our aim is to create an online community and offer a range of yoga-related products to enhance your practice.

The Light Body
Pranasana Yoga works directly with the light body—the energetic matrix that bridges the physical and spiritual self. Each session integrates breathwork (B), mudras (M), meridian stimulation (M), movement (M), mantras (M), affirmations, meditation (M), and visualization (V) to awaken the heart and release patterns that no longer serve. Together, these form the Equation for Transformation: B + M₅ + V, a method designed to align the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual bodies into coherence.

The Equation for Transformation
This dynamic style of Pranasana Yoga blends energy work with ancient techniques to create a field of inner healing and expansion. Each session includes multiple breath practices, meridian activations, and carefully chosen mantras and affirmations that anchor love, courage, forgiveness, and unity. The purpose is simple but profound — to dissolve resistance and imprint 5D consciousness into embodiment: love, harmony, cooperation, and higher awareness.

The Practice and Experience
Movements draw from various yogic and Eastern traditions, woven into a fluid sequence that supports both physical vitality and energetic release. Master Pranasana sessions, lasting 2–3 hours, often catalyze deep transformation comparable to plant medicine experiences—yet powered solely by life force energy (Qi / Chi).
No words can fully describe the presence, clarity, and lightness felt in each session. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, Pranasana Yoga meets you where you are—helping you heal, evolve, and embody your highest potential.
